Today's AAWC today was awesome, kite flying was... woooooo! Although kinda pissed when I came. Cos I had to go church in the morning for the CDY Camp meeting. By the time get to HQ, nearly half the stuff on my kite gone le. Motor missing, carbon rod for the control surface, rudder, my transmitter... urgh. Took damn long to cannibalise from other old kites and then fix up again. Then done already, fly quite shuang. But someone ask me try roll. Result: Straight down 90° nosedive. The body tore, front tore off, motor mount broke as well. In the end just decided transfer everything to Kelvin's old kite, which was quite good actually, just that the carbon rod attachment to the control surface was quite loose. Still don't know why the kites cost like $400+ when, like Zhan Hong said, with some effort you can build the kite body yourself. Not like the stuff that hard to find, online should be able to find le. After that, reluctantly got pulled into a dogfight with Danial. Lol, dunno what's up with him and dogfights. Didn't crash though ^^
Left early to go to Godma Terri's birthday. Watched KFP 2 there, which was totally awesome. The epic quotes are endless :P
Other than that today, not much as well.
